Scope of Work

Court registry independently:
  1. states that a decision is finally binding and executive;
  2. verifies/authenticates signatures, manuscripts and copies, except for documents intended for use abroad;
  3. gives oral and written information on the basis of data from records and documents;
  4. takes on record or takes in the form of official note short communications and statements of parties and other interested persons on change of address, place of residence and date of reception of decision if return note or delivery note have not been returned or if these do not state the time of delivery and the like;
  5. checks official journals in order to establish whether notices regarding certain cases have been published and makes a note thereof;
  6. expedites in cases where the requests made have not been acted upon and when such expedition does not require decision by a judge;
  7. eliminates deficiencies on submissions within the authority of employee in charge of receiving submissions;
  8. takes appropriate measures for due and fast charging of fines and costs of proceedings;
  9. takes care of correct charging of court duties and takes prescribed measures in cases of non-payment;
  10. takes care of correct charging of court duties and costs of proceedings paid in advance from pre calculated costs;
  11. collects data necessary for erasing or revoking of conditional sentences.

President may order that, in addition to tasks from paragraph 1 of this Article and other tasks entrusted to the court registry by these Rules of Procedure and by other regulations, other independent tasks and actions may also be performed in the registry.
